Dr. Dr. Owens is a native of Homer, La. and a graduate of Northwestern State University. After receiving his masters degree in clinical anatomy and his medical doctorate at LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, he completed a residency in Family Medicine at Baton Rouge General. He lives in Houma, La. with his wife and two children.
